This branch opens at 9am, but it’s 09:20 and the shutter is still down and you can see the staff dordling around inside with queues of ppl either way down the mall. What a joke Absa, clearly you don’t can about customer service or experience.

It's so frustrating coming to the bank. Only 2 tellers to assist and forcing business people wait in the queues for almost 1 hour. Please open a bulk teller so the business lines can be assisted for change. Its December and i cant affort to stand in queues everyday i come to the bank. On a positive note the staff is always so friendly.

4 tellers , 2 people working , I'm fine with that , but then die one decides to take a break - don't understand how someone can do that if there's a queue outside and inside. Very poor.
