Absa is giving 'n service for the Department for people to do there ID'S and passport quickly, but there is absolutely no service, the second time I had to drive 49mins for nothing. The gentleman has to wait for a lady to come and work her "magic" to start up the "off line" excuse again are they not trained to do it them selves??? Why can only one do the work? Sitting and doing nothing with the phone in hand...

Good day. This isn’t the first time that we went to the bank and there was no security guard in sight. How could one feel safe depositing or subtracting money if there is no one there? The last time we were at the bank and there was no security guard, a car stopped behind us and waited for us to get out of the car, luckily we were aware about what could possibly happen and drove away, about an hour and a half passed and there was an armed robbery at another bank where the same car was spotted. Please take note of this problem. Valued customers are endangered when a job isn’t done correctly.

The consultant side is okay. The customer service is horrible. Prepare to wait int he queue for 3 hours.

Worst customer service of any brance I’ve visited. You walk into the bank and there’s no teller or consultant to meet you and direct you where to go. I had to walk into a random to ask for assistance and the person rudely told me to walk down the corridor and ask others. I sat on the bench waiting for assistance over 30 minutes before anyone noticed me while consultants were having fat chats with eachother in their offices. Do better.
