I had a bad experience at DIB today. I was shown where to go without proper explanation and felt very confused. When I politely tried to ask a simple question, the staff member at sales Nd service was rude and spoke in a humiliating tone instead of helping. This left me feeling upset and disrespected. I expect better customer service and basic empathy from a bank.Asking for help should not be treated as an inconvenience. A simple “just wait” would have been enough. Instead, her response was rude and humiliating. Very disappointing experience.

I came 2 days ago waiting for 2 hours to get my number called then they told me to get original statement from my other salary bank. And come back. If there were someone at the reception assisting us we while taking a number. We will not lose time and effort. A lady comes and asks what is your inquiry?? Then leaves. That’s it! Anyways I came back this day with statement more than 2 hours now I’m waiting and still not even close to my number!! Are you really happy about this level of service DIB?! 45 mins passed for servicing one client?! In this rate we will stay until closing time!! It’s like we’re living in the nineties. I’m very disappointed
