Bank was pretty much empty me and one other person full of employees and im still yet to be seen after 30 mins yet other people who have walked in have had their ticket callee instantly. Absolute joke of a bank
I came to get Manger check but couldn't get it because no manager to sing the check ? I been told to come during the morning shafts. I the afternoon stuff cant give required service what the points off opening evening hours?
I visited here this branch for my personal customer assistance @1.55 pm I requested him for assist me .he denied and no attention at all given his name is Mr. Kabeer Very sad approach I beg to assist me but answer from him Come tomorrow. Any way thank you so much nbd bank. Such good experience. The same day I visited Electra branch they also close at 2 pm but they helped me . I reached there 2 .15 pm still helped me. The moral of story is humanity and dedication of work thanks electra nbd team
This branch is open till 8 pm including Saturday. Cashier branch only do business after 2pm to 8 pm. Other related works you have to come during normal operation hours between 8am to 2pm
Bad experience with this bank I should be getting instant clearing of my cheque little did I know my cheaque got eaten by atm machine and raised a complain about it the same time to the teller and he said I shouldn’t be worrying I will receive it at night.. now it’s been a week I should be relocating but all has stopped because cheque of this. ?????????????????? Now I have been talking ai messaging to fix it so absurd..
