My first visit to DBS branch and it was pleasant and satisfactory. I was fifth in the queue outside the bank and was served by the first staff within 5 minutes. From there on, every staff I met greeted me politely. And elderly man in Room 24 assisted me with my ATM card pin and registration. He was polite and efficient. Despite the bank being 90 percent full, my matter was settled within 15 minutes. Well done and keep up the good work!

Had a pleasant visit to DBS Parkway Parade today. I must say the in-branch experience has improved. Hussein Rosman was professional, accommodating, and quick, especially considering how many changes we had to our joint account. Great work!
My ATM CARD Forgot to take after using the machine service on 4/1/25. When I go back found that already eaten by machine. So I try intercom the service staff she told me behind nobody can help.
I have no idea why an internet banking does not have digital solutions to close Paylah! account. I have no idea why the Paylah account was still working that I cannot login my account in case of my DBS account had been closed. Does your bank have any logic to allow the account running but donot provide the access to the customer? Otherwise, there is no option in your app to close the Paylah! account and DBS online bank had so many bugs before. Really disappointed with your banking system which I never contacted in any other countries before.
Unfriendly staff and has a very complicated online procedure to open a simple savings account. I spent a lot of time trying to open a bank account with them, in the end, it was rejected by a sms and was asked to re-apply online which will take a lot of time. The rejection was due to a ridiculous reason which is a mismatch address between the form and the supporting document in which I think the bank could easily fix. Please improve your procedure of service. A call to the customer would be more appreciated rather than a simple sms notification. I have worked in many places around the world and have opened bank accounts in those countries, and I am very dissappointed to say that this bank gave me the worst experience so far.
Rude service, very inefficient banking system.
I have bank account in 3 different countries, so far DBS Singapore is the worst. I am a foreigner with sing pass, the process was very inefficient. It took 1 week for application review, even so, I need to upload some documents, because I failed to upload the documents, I called the CS, and they suggested me to go to the bank branch in person. So i went there, be in the queue line for almost 2 hr, only to meet rude staff stating they can not help me, so I went back home, and called the CS again, and they suggested me to wait while they are escalating my issue.
Just so you know, I have been back and forth to the bank for 3 times, those were because the CS i called online told me to go to the bank in-person because my problem couldn't be solved through call or online. So I went to the bank, but it seems the staff in the branch and staff is online/call have different understanding how the system works, so I ended up with frustration every tim

Note the high tendency $10 runs out quickly coz it's red and a good denomination to give out to kids. This afternoon I went to q on a grudge after failing the online reservation AGAIN. People all bloody complaining they've waited more than an hour for $10 to be replenished. Some said they've q for 2 hours before. I saw some people with more than 3 transactions coz they're withdrawing from their spouse and kids' card too. 🤦
The online reservation system I think is reserved for treasures and wealth clients! Tried to reserve at 9.05am and is already fully reserved!!!
