I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Chris Ho for her outstanding help and dedication. I had been trying to open a DBS bank account for almost three months and faced multiple issues. I visited different outlets more than five times, but the problems were never resolved. Ms. Chris Ho was extremely patient, helpful, and professional throughout the process.
