DBS/POSB Kovan Branch (All Services) 01 107/111 204

My first visit to DBS branch and it was pleasant and satisfactory. I was fifth in the queue outside the bank and was served by the first staff within 5 minutes. From there on, every staff I met greeted me politely. And elderly man in Room 24 assisted me with my ATM card pin and registration. He was polite and efficient. Despite the bank being 90 percent full, my matter was settled within 15 minutes. Well done and keep up the good work!

My son was here to setup his ibanking & debit card as his email address profile needs to be added to his record on 28th Oct 2025 Waiting time ard 15mins for his turn. The staff who assisted him is amazingly patience helping him to process his request

Junaidah assisted me provided excellent service. They were very attentive, knowledgeable, and handled my request efficiently. Even though my matter required multiple steps, everything was explained clearly and completed without any issues. I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism demonstrated.

I was at Kovan branch this morning with my wife and daughter to settle our various banking needs and as usual it was crowded on a Sat however the staff over there is always so helpful and polite. I want to give special shout out to Lakshmi who was very patient, customer centric and competent with good knowledge which was remarkable. She serves with a smile too which top the overall experience. My wife echo the above and she said it is very consistent as she has encountered Lakshmi's good service in a previous visit to Kovan branch. Lakshmi is a great talent and may the branch manager nuture her further in DBS. Thank you Lakshmi, keep up the great work!

Long waiting time, while I just need to check a very simple thing. And it shows closure of queue at 3:10 p.m ( the time I got there. Maybe it’s already been there long ago), while the bank closing time is at 4 p.m. Cut queue happened and the staff treated customer like invisible. No respect while they ask us to treat the staff with respect. I don’t understand the culture here.
