When to open bank account today. The Chinese guy who was attending me was not good.. asking minimal question like me have no money.. took my ic n straight away said u hv loan or something n I went excuse me. Check before u wanna tell.. I came all the way n if I hv outstanding I wont be here.. treated quite with no proper customer service. Then came n give me form to fill up n I was pondering how come now can apply. It was so totally put off with no smile or any warm welcoming.. im a Singaporean n I felt like an outsider trying to open a bank account. I wanted to apply due to im a MUFC fan n wanted that debit card... this will be my 1st n last for MAYBANK.. I rather go open other bank acct where ppl welcome u properly with judging a books by its cover.

Came here before 3pm to update my signature to facilitate processing of non-online banking transactions but got turned away due to out of queue number! This bank branch were supposed to operate until 7pm but mentioned queue number is finished.What kind of work practice is this? Wasted my time coming here for the simple transaction.

The design of the queue number display is poorly placed. The chairs are all facing forward towards the counter but the queue number display is placed by the side. Have to keep turning the head to the side to look at the number. Would be better if there is a queue NJ number display at the front where the seats are all facing towards.

Served by Ms Brenda on 26 dec. She received me warmly and make me comfortable to address my queries on my application of credit cards. Really impressed by her detailed sharing and her great help in following up my case. Thumbs Up for the great service.

The staff at NEX Maybank Counter 2 basically is useless and not flexible at all. My wife purposely make a trip down to settle the last payment for my car loan account but was rejected giving the excuse that the owner must be physically present. If not have to show the authorisation letter. Right now is not trying to draw money out and is giving Maybank money but the staff was so dumb and inflexible rejects our money. Also today was the due date. I have to make another trip down tomorrow to settle this and might incur late fee due to the bullshit excuse given by them. This information was not informed to us when we called the hotline. Total waste of our time and effort.
