Small, yet efficient. Amidst the busy festive season, the $2 and $5 denominations are still available - the staff was friendly and patient when I asked about the availability of the notes changes. Although security was also tight and available, the warmth and good service were there too. Thank you CCK DBs Branch ❤️🤓

Arrived 45 minutes prior to my appointment but was told I could not be served and was asked to wait until 15 minutes before the scheduled time, as preference was given to senior citizens. When I tried again 25 minutes prior, I was finally given an appointment, but even then, the wait was long due to the queue. This level of inflexibility is very different from my experience with another bank and does not align with the reputation of being the “Global Bank of the Year 2025” and the “World’s Best Bank 2025.” Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Came around 8.20am to queue on a Saturday morning. Am very thankful to Madam Felicia Tay, as she attended to me personally while I sat on a chair next to the glass window. I received my cashier order at 8.50am. Without having to go to the counter. She waived the $15 charge. ( Hope she does it for you too.) Thank you so much 😊 🙏

We would like to feedback on Miss Ratna Devi. She is very professional and helpful. Her customer service is EXCELLENT. We walked in at 4.29 pm and she is extremely nice to serve us with patience, kindness and professionalism. Thank you DBS for having such a wonderful staff that made our day .... happy and comfortable.
