I came in to update my company's mailing address and was in and out within 30–40 minutes. Thank you, Nurhamizah, for your help and patience — especially when my inconsistent signature caused the form to be reprinted. It was a smooth and pleasant experience!

I have had many issues with my DBS corporate card which has caused major issues with corporate travel and taken up a lot of time calling customer service with no resolution. Finally I was told to go to a branch in person. I went here and it was disorganised and unhelpful. I was given a queue number but not entered into the system so my queue was never called. When I told them they asked me who give me my queue number and had me walk up the stairs to look inside their offices and try to point out who the person was. Very unprofessional. Then finally I am called to see a representative and after two minutes she stills me to wait so she can help someone else instead. But she still holds my passport. I wait for almost ten minutes before I ask for my passport back and only then do they start to help me again. Very little empathy for clients or corporate clients. They will interrupt you before you can share the info needed and then make mistakes because they don’t have the correct info. I

Today I visited DBS towner to open my account, I was very pleased by the staff service, Ms Princy help me open my account. She was professional and kind. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Can never get a queue number on sms. Long queues and very hot queueing outside. Not too sure, but I think got to come much earlier than official closing time to get in. Can never get anyone on their hotline either. Opaque and complicated web design, useless AI customer bot, etc, when you have a non standard query.

Limei helped me to resolved the issue with current applocation and open a new bank account within few hrs. She understood my problem and urgency pretty well and provided help accordingly. Successfully helped me to open the account. Also, she clarified my all doubts
