​I was shocked by my recent branch visit, particularly as a long-time customer of their digital services. The approach from the personal bankers was poor; there was a clear lack of client discovery, and I felt strange due to the aggressive sales techniques. The solutions presented were a major mismatch for my actual needs. This disappointing experience is truly mind-boggling, especially coming from a brand I've respected for so many years.

Came down to dbs to resolved some issues with my bank account. Was served by Mr Frederick, he was very attentive and helpful towards my issue. Really loved that he stayed throughout the case to update me promptly on solving the issue. In the end all was resolved and i am very satisfied with the way i was being treated, like a true customer. 👍

If I’m not new to Singapore and only have this choices of bank for now, I wouldn’t come here, the service is slower than maybank in Malaysia, are you really representing Singapore? People are in rush, and you only have 1 counter working towards my issue. People not like you all so free, people have works and other appointments hello. Shame of Singapore

Went down to open a Multiplier Acct coz couldn’t get it done via the Digibank App. Was attended to by Kayla. After hearing my needs she guided me through the steps to open the account at the VTM station. It was smooth and Kayla was patient and helpful. Thanks for a positive experience.
