Filah is such a gem! She promptly helped me with banking services even though counter services are not available at this branch. She had info at her fingertips, even though she is in charge of education loan.

Don’t come here. Security guard was giving advice on how to open bank account. Very very long wait, try another branch or go somewhere else.

He made the process smooth and stress-free as well. Really appreciate his helpful attitude and great customer service.

dont waste your time here unless you just want to use the ATMs. The staff are not there to assist you. Closest branch would be in Chinatown or MBFC as they do not have counter services here. Had a trainee placed there to assist and direct traffic but she has zero customer service and so uninterested. Happy to have closed my bank account with DBS.

i wish to give 0 stars to this DBS Branch. Took a 30min trip there and was greeted ever so pleasantly mean by a male staff. I just needed some documents to be endorsed by this specific branch because my document specifically stated THIS branch and I even showed him the papers. Then he said with a lovely rude attitude “We are NOT a branch, we CANNOT sign this. Go to south bridge DBS.” Do not bother making your way down here, staff here are so friendly that they like to interact with their laptops and not want to help you. 💖 Mind you, I spoke to YOU pleasantly, and look at the attitude YOU gave me. Just because YOU work at the bank doesn’t mean YOU can speak rudely. DBS Raffles Branch, kindly retrain ALL your staff.
