The security guard, Mr. Alex, at the entrance provided excellent service. I came with my grandmother to replace her card, and he told me I could do it through the app without having to wait in line. I wish all branches had the same staff, with the same helpfulness and willingness to assist.

Terrible service. The branch staff is incredibly slow. They don't respect the order of service, letting their acquaintances go first instead of those who have been waiting for hours.
Terrible service, waiting over 2 hours at the checkout to pay for a piece of paper. They have no awareness that we're in a pandemic, and there's a huge crowd outside this branch.
I've been here for over 1 hour and 30 minutes and I still haven't reached the bank entrance. They don't even have awnings or anything to protect me from the heat. Terrible service.
Terrible service. You can arrive at 9 AM and easily leave at 1 or 2 PM... Not to mention that out of 6 customer service counters, only 2 or 3 are working... You can wait for two or three hours, and then their system simply crashes, and that's it, you've wasted your entire morning. The worst part is that you have to come back another day to the same place and waste even more time...
