Rating is 0 or -ve Its frustrating to have your business account with this bank. No customer service, they harass the customers, do not acknowledge emails. How will the SME's flourish and build the economy if the banks harass you?

Good service and the bank is not very busy, so it's quick to carry out transactions; there are ATMs.

It's unacceptable that customer service representatives provide such terrible treatment. The woman who helped me got annoyed because I took the time to read the contract before opening an account. They're used to people just walking in and signing anything! Furthermore, the woman next to me was having problems with purchases made abroad with her card, and the woman helping her was accusing her of being responsible, suggesting it must have been her children. The woman, who was incredibly humble, was begging her to please look into it. Excuse me, but why can't they trace those purchases? HIRE QUALIFIED PEOPLE!

Customer Service area with terrible service and no resources (printers). You need to arrive with plenty of time and patience (almost 4 hours for 3 bank drafts). Another woman who wanted to replace a card was told they've been without a card printer for 3 weeks. To make matters worse, the head of customer service, María Alejandra Bustos, tells customers that if they have complaints, they should go to another branch. Her attitude is unacceptable!

Terrible customer service representatives. They were rude and reluctant to help, even at 11:00 AM. Plus, when I came to update my cell phone number, they entered it incorrectly, and I had to wait in the endless line again since there are only two teller windows. I even missed my dentist appointment because I had to spend twice as much time due to the data entry error. Banco Estado is awful, just like always. The app, the website, and the staff are terrible.
