Pressed no when I saw the fee, and then it still charged my account and gave me no cash!
Slow. Takes forever to help people
Slow and poor service. The customer service area has a wait of at least an hour and a half. Terrible service. Meanwhile, instead of helping when there's a demand, the managers just chat.
There are no numbers, no one managing the lines, people don't respect the lines, and no one says anything to them. This causes delays in service. The staff is friendly, but the organization is poor.
Terrible service. Poor customer service. You have to wait in line for at least two hours to be served.
