Poor service; they leave elderly people with mobility issues waiting, they don't respect their needs, and the checkout lines are slow. 9:45 a.m. and the second checkout line still isn't working.

Terrible service, it's not possible that seniors have to wait in line twice from one service to another and only one cashier and a lot of people, I think they should change the way they do it. I don't like having to wait so long and not go straight to the checkout. Terrible, terrible.

Terrible service for senior citizens, and no preferential treatment for people with disabilities. From the security guard to customer service.

Terrible service. It's funny, but most of the time it's the women in customer service who are quite arrogant and unfriendly. More humility, a touch of kindness, and good manners. The guard is excellent, very professional, and extremely helpful. On Monday, May 24th, I arrived at 9:00 a.m. and left at 12:00 p.m.

Terrible customer service, only one person, they give out 50 numbers at 11 in the morning and nothing else. When I went to consult with the agent in charge of the bank, he treated me extremely badly and closed the door in my face without giving any explanation, a horrible lack of respect for everyone, even the elderly. I don't understand how the largest bank in the country with the majority of clients doesn't hire more staff. I can only say that it is unacceptable and disrespectful to its clients.
