Located in a strategic area of ​​the city, it allows customers to carry out a range of banking transactions. Air-conditioned, with seating for those waiting, the high counters prevent service for people with disabilities on both the first and second floors. The teller windows are clear, unlike the customer service area, where the wait is extremely long due to the lack of an electronic queuing system. Wait times start at 30 minutes or more.

Today, September 5th, I went to cash a bank draft and it was a terrible experience. I even tore it up because the customer service representative in module 2 was more focused on her cell phone than on helping customers. She wasn't even trained to handle requests. It was awful, and the manager, Yanet Cardenas, was equally terrible.

Terrible service. First, the girls have to get ready, have breakfast, apply hand cream, and then continue having breakfast… while the place fills up, they act as if there's no one there, as if they're doing something important, but in reality, they're doing nothing. It's 9:30 and they still haven't served a single customer; it's truly disrespectful to those of us who need this service. Perhaps they don't really understand the work they "do," that to sit down and serve customers, they need to have all their supplies ready beforehand, check the system, the cash registers, the card stock, etc. It's truly awful to arrive at 8:45 and end up leaving at 10:30, being the first customer they serve… Management, please, re-evaluate the customer service staff; they clearly need more training on customer service.

Customer service is terrible; they treat customers like they're stupid, yell at them, and act like they're always right. A very bad experience at this branch. If you don't want to work, go home.
