I arrived at 8:15 and was 6th in the customer service line. But I was the first to open a Cuenta RUT (Chilean bank account). There are two lines, one for customer service and one for the teller. Ask before you get in line because the bank employees give you a ticket based on that. They open at 9:05 and they gave me the card outside 🥰🥰 Also, if you're just getting the physical card, you just need to give them your RUT number and that's it 🥰🥰 I finished my transaction at 9:37

It's a branch with very inefficient and slow staff who take forever to serve you. I don't recommend it at all.

I arrived at 9:00 AM, I was assigned number S037, and when I went in I was in S008. It's 10:50 AM and they say the card system is down? What does that mean? There's a system for deposits but not for withdrawing cards. What does that mean? Too many people, bad organization, and terrible service?

9 15 de la mañana y la sucursal cerrada, funciona con sistema de numeros los cuales dan a las 9 el que no llego quedo afuera, pesima sucursal pero es la unica entre la cisterna y el bosque, es increible q para una sucursal de banco estado no funcione como se debe a pesar de tanto tiempo que lleva, lo peor es que te dejan afuera haciendo fila ya que no hay nadie mas ni guardia mirando

Terrible, the service at the checkouts is very slow. We arrived at 9:30 and it's already 10:36 and they've only served 6 numbers...the cashiers take all the time in the world, they wander around and around.
