Terrible service. You can arrive at 9 AM and easily leave at 1 or 2 PM... Not to mention that out of 6 customer service counters, only 2 or 3 are working... You can wait for two or three hours, and then their system simply crashes, and that's it, you've wasted your entire morning. The worst part is that you have to come back another day to the same place and waste even more time...

🤕Going to Banco Estado, at any branch, is a horrendous experience. An outrage, an insult. 🤢 If it's not the slowness, the rudeness of the staff, or the terrible customer service, it's the endless bureaucracy and the back-and-forth with no one resolving even the simplest transaction. 👎🏻 Just because it's a public bank doesn't mean it's the worst. Technology will make many of those jobs obsolete and make life easier for everyone.🖖🏻

The service in the business and micro-business area is horrible. At least eight people are waiting, and two of the six "executives" are socializing and brazenly going out to buy coffee and pastries at "Luca Café" wearing sunglasses and dangling name tags at 10:40 in the morning.

They close before 2:00 PM. When the bank is operating normally, any customer who arrives before 2:00 PM is served properly. However, taking advantage of the capacity restrictions, the employees indulge their laziness and hand out numbers to turn away everyone who didn't arrive before what they've decided is the latest arrival time. Finally, they could put up a sign that says "Customers are only accepted until 1:XX PM," so people know the latest arrival time, and at the same time, publicly acknowledge their laziness. The service is terrible.

The bank has space, but it's always crowded. It does have chairs for those who wait a long time. Restrooms are needed in this type of service where waiting is common. The ATMs are located at the corner of Independencia and Manuel Rodriguez. The bank's main entrance is on Manuel Rodriguez.
