Slow, two tellers for all the businesses and customers in the municipality, it's always crowded, there's no priority line, it's a disgrace. Doesn't BancoEstado have another teller window to expedite the process?

Terrible service. The branch staff is incredibly slow. They don't respect the order of service, letting their acquaintances go first instead of those who have been waiting for hours.

Terrible service, waiting over 2 hours at the checkout to pay for a piece of paper. They have no awareness that we're in a pandemic, and there's a huge crowd outside this branch.

I've been here for over 1 hour and 30 minutes and I still haven't reached the bank entrance. They don't even have awnings or anything to protect me from the heat. Terrible service.

It wasn't very helpful
