The service isn't bad, but the bank's management and operations are bad. How is it possible that only two cashiers can serve so many people? It's pointless to have four cashiers if they're always closed. More than 60 customers are standing, as there are only 18 seats for waiting at the cashier, 12 seats for customer service, and more than 25 standing. The poor management of Banco Estado continues to grow.
