Exceptional customer service from start to finish! I stopped by on a Saturday morning and the staff was quick and efficient and I was able to get in and out under 10 minutes. Definitely one of the better PNC branches I’ve been to!

My mortgage was purchased by PNC bank. They have handled the transition poorly. Customer service was useless. Based on performance I have no plans to have other accounts at PNC.

I had a great experience with PNC many years back, so when I needed an additional account, I decided to go with them. My problem is specifically with this branch. The first time I attempted to open the account, a personal banker was so rude that I decided to leave. A few weeks later I decided to do THEIR job and just open the account online. Unfortunately, I had to go to the branch to make a deposit. Let me just start with the teller acted like she didn't want to work that day. She was annoyed by my questions, and I wish I could provide her name but the receipt they provide doesn't have the name. I went a few hours before closing, the branch was completely empty, yet she was rushing me, not really taking the time to explain anything as if I should have known the answers. She looked at my account and first quoted me $10 for a cashier’s check, and when she processed it she was like " oh it looks it's only $5 for your account" well that's why I asked how much it was before processing. W

This has been the worst bank I’ve ever banked with. Specifically with their home equity line of credit they offer. Anytime we had an issue arise or a question we would be told something different by every employee and things would take months to handle. Very frustrating to say the least.

Every single time that I come to this location before or after business hours the atm is broken and cannot take cash or check deposits, it is a constant issue and it’s really annoying

50,000 stolen, thueif bank wont refund, 9/11 stole 25$:charge more out of my checking account . 0$ balance ,9/10,/24 then 9/11/24 - 25$ still under fraud review forv 6 months now.
