It seems everyone there is a person with a disability because, despite having a designated priority checkout, no one was attending to it. We were there for about an hour and a half, and the solution was "okay, tomorrow." They kept saying the problem was because of my old phone or because it didn't have NFC. In the end, they said they didn't know what happened and just replaced my card.

Customer service is so slow that there's no longer a line at the register; they've assigned numbers. I came at 10:00 and got a number for customer service; it was my turn at 11:55. Last time they waited an hour. Terrible service for a bank.

Despite being the only customer service available, they take far too long to serve you. The customer service staff are terrible and completely unhelpful. They treated an elderly person on crutches with indifference and indifference. The woman who was helping me made a mistake opening a Rut account, and I had to come back again because of her error.

This employee should know that the new ID cards have a serial number that begins with a letter, not just numbers, and therefore do not allow you to enter these digits. If this person had at least asked me, "Is it a new or old ID card?" Or was he aware that the platform still doesn't allow this EVEN THOUGH THE NEW ID CARDS ARE ALREADY CIRCULATING? I don't think he even knows that... Please instruct your staff... By the way, to file a complaint at the branch by phone, they tell me I MUST GO IN PERSON TO THE BRANCH!!! We are the best coun
