Very poor customer service. If you plan to visit this branch you better take that day off and go as you have to wait for hours to get your job done. The staffs are always on phone and not attending the people in front of them. After attending a customer the agent doesn't call the next guy. I m closing my account for good and going to some other better bank.

How can a big establishment like this give an invalid number for your customers to call? And with all these negative comments I see, what is the management doing about it? I'm sure they careless about it. This is so poor, I have been trying to enquire about something but the number I see here is invalid each time I try to call, like are u guys serious? Okay, I even contacted one employee who gave me his card when I went there to open an account but he has not given any feedback till today. What a great service u guys are doing there. Keep up, after all u get paid

This is the last worst customer service in the world people who are sitting on the chaires they tottaly dont know any thing about thier job roles .Everyone working in this branch only come to time psss there is no single word for customer service if you are sitting fr9nt of them and same time thire friend come they will start attending him they will forget you that its your turn only for 5 min work they took more then 24 hour. This is horible fustrating and full of stress for the customers.

This is the worst bank in whole uae , staff are like a boss all useless . Really bank need to take some action on staff productivity. I have never seen lazy staff like this in any other bank . This bank is only for Arab people too much discrimination . I just came to close my account but I am wating for more than 5 hours and at last they are saying bank is closed . What the heck service. Really anyone reading this don’t go for dib bank it’s really ridiculous bank worst is better but this one is worst of all . RIP DIB
