On January 12, 2026, at approximately 4:35 a.m., I wanted to deposit money in the self-service area. I couldn't get into the self-service area. My EC and VISA cards were not accepted at the terminal door. Unfortunately, my early morning get-up was for nothing.
It's awful. I've been trying to talk to a person for two hours now, it's impossible. It's always just an AI that can't do anything except say yes or no. I only had a question about my PIN because I forgot my old one, and now I need a new one. It can't be that difficult to send me a new one. I've been in a nursing home for six months. Here's my new address: Clara Zetkin Straße 9 in 04564 Böhlen. I would be very grateful for a reply.

I opened an account at Commerzbank in August 2025, and the service has been extremely poor. The staff have no idea what is happening with my account. They just look at their screens and repeat the same lines without offering any real solution or way to escalate the complaint. Staff are good at talking but have no idea about finding solutions.
Despite multiple visits, I still have non-functioning cards and PhotoTANs. I have visited the branch more than 10 times in 30 days during peak working days, causing major losses of time and seriously affecting daily financial activities like paying rent, buying food, and managing other basic needs.
As a newcomer in Germany, this has caused a lot of stress and difficulty. Commerzbank urgently needs to improve its customer service and complaint escalation process.
I went to the branch to legitimize my account but they ask me to get an appointment for account legitimization. I went to other branch of commerzbank and they did it immediately.
