I had worst experience , i went three times just to get my account activated and this is really disappointing how they do not take their customers need seriously, i was said that i will get letter in 3-4 days, its been 15 days i did not receive any letter for activation and also , they were really rude on the 2nd visit. I do not recommend commerze bank to any one.

I had an appointment and I was on time, but the employee let me wait for half an hour and went for breakfast with his another colleague. This is really unprofessional, it disturbed my whole day.

Overall they are good but customer needs to stay in line for atleast more than 10min. U always have to stand in line for any service.

I have had a great experience with this branch. I had very good support from the staff Leyla during processing of my loan application. She was very helpful from the beginning of the application until the disbursement and answered all my queries during the entire process. I highly recommend this branch.

My experience with Commerzbank has been very disappointing. They closed my account without any proper explanation, even though there was no issue. I simply received a letter stating that my account was being closed, without any clear reason. This is not what one would expect from a professional bank. There should be transparency and proper communication with customers. If you're looking for a reliable and customer-friendly bank, this may not be the best option.
