The managers of the branch are really hospitable and helpful. Unfortunately I don't speak German so when I got the letter saying that my account was going to be closed in February I got scared cause I already had problems with German bourocrathy but this time everything was different. I was explained what happened and what I should do to prolong my relationship with the bank. And in one week I got a new letter reporting that my account won't be closed.
