I went to the Commerz bank branch at Theodor-Heuss-Platz 4,14052 Berlin. The service was exceptional. The bank officer helped me with each and every steps with utmost attention to detail. All my requests were completed on the same day. Thank you so much for the great service!!

The black lady was so rude , didn’t listen to a single sentence I’ve started till the end , interrupted me several times and actually told me that she doesn’t want listen to me anymore 😅; has she done any training in service before she started working here? Others were nice and helpful

This place is simply too small for a bank institution. The logistic and space is really bad especially for elderly people who need to stay a long time in a line to get inside and receive a support. Maybe consider adding few chairs for people who can’t easily stand 40 minutes in the line ? That would be already helpful. I understand all the negative comments it is all true, however I need to say that each time I was there the staff was really helpful also the lady who is described in other comments. She helped me two times and we solved the problem very quickly. The older lady at the cash register was also very nice and tried to understand my English/ German as I am not fluent with German - I did not feel any discrimination because I am not a german citizen. This place has a potential, customers need to remember this is a small office and not many people work there.

I had an appointment here with Florian Boldt to talk about credit. I was really worried since it was a late appointment and I do not speak German that well to talk about credits. It turns out that Florian speaks perfectly in English and also he did explain everything about my possibilities, how does rate work and so on. Really professional, thank you!
