Commerzbank 8 - 9 Schilderstraße Goslar

I went to the branch to legitimize my account but they ask me to get an appointment for account legitimization. I went to other branch of commerzbank and they did it immediately.

A staff member, Ms Wiesner was very cooperative and helpful during the process.

I went to the branch today hoping to get help with an urgent matter as a Commerzbank customer. They referred me to the customer hotline regarding my problem. The hotline reiterated that my issue could only be resolved in person at the branch, so I went back. Upon arrival, I explained the problem again, but they didn't even check my account, despite the hotline having made a note for the branch. Not even after I pointed this out several times. As a customer, I was simply abandoned. I then drove to another branch (a 45-minute drive) and the problem was resolved within 10 minutes. I'm simply speechless…
