A truly fantastic team! I've always been treated wonderfully, and while I sometimes have to wait a bit, when there are older people ahead of me who need something explained in detail, I think it's wonderful that we still have the luxury of such dedicated service. I'm happy to wait (which is rare). It's a shame that so many people complain here... everyone always wants the best service, but apparently only for themselves. Thank you, Sparkasse CLZ! I hope you'll be around for a long time to come!

The comments I'm reading here are driving me mad. Sure, you have to wait here and there, but why not these days? I'm not a fan of online banks where you don't have a personal contact. I can only speak highly of the service overall, and I've never been disappointed in the past 30 years. No matter what personal problems you've had, you've always been helped.

We stood in line for 30 minutes because two employees at the counter had to attend to a woman with a defective card. When you're standing all the way to the street, through the entire foyer, the service employees have no idea what they're doing!
