I have nothing to say. Sparkasse banks might be a bit expensive in terms of fees, but they are truly ubiquitous; even in the Czech Republic and other countries, it was absolutely no problem. In Germany, Sparkasse banks are present in every town, and in major cities, they're on every corner.
I applied to switch my account at my new bank, BW Bank. Everything went perfectly with the new bank. However, I learned from the new bank that the standing orders didn't go through because the old bank hadn't sent them the list of standing orders. It's sad that they can fail so badly, even from one bank to the next.
When I spoke to the woman at the information desk, she simply left me standing there and walked away without answering my questions. We drove a long way only to find a broken coin-operated machine. Some of the coins even got stuck in the conveyor belt, so now we're out of luck.
Most of the central customer parking spaces have been converted into employee parking spaces. Some employee parking spaces are even closer to the door than the disabled parking space. Extremely arrogant; it doesn't exactly speak to customer friendliness.
Wow, at this branch, I get the feeling absolutely nothing works: I call the listed hotline number and end up in Halle. What? Halle? I just wanted to know if I gave my consent back then (to the fee increase). Of course, the call center employee on the phone has no clue. And probably (again, I have a feeling) doesn't want to answer any critical questions. Unbelievable, and I pay almost €10 a month for this? I've really hit the jackpot. Oh dear.
