Spent 3 h to go to the bank to ask for a help with a simple task. Pretty blond girl in a red dress in the customer service desk told me (literally) *you are supposed to know it by yourself, it is not my job to help you. Good bye*. I was totally shocked by this altitude, don't know what she thinks her job is but I am considering opening an account in a different bank now. Unbelievable!!!

Very bad experience not friendly everytime when i visit same experience and they say directly '' we can't do it...not all but few people... if they can't solve whom we have address our issues then? for simple task also they make it complicated ....noone of the issues were resolved untill now... few months ago also some scam company has deducted my money from the credit card around 500 euros and I have shown all proofs and untill today not solved they have given new letters saying it will be processed and solved nothing has been done....I am changing my bank....

Very satisfied with Mrs. Weber's serve. I will recommend her serve to my other friends.

Whenever I go here, I come out all upset. In my whole banking experience, the most unfriendly behaviour I have faced. I felt like being robbed. Will close my account here, not worth it
