Good, friendly, efficiently

I've been a Commerzbank customer for years and feel very well taken care of here. I'd especially like to commend my account manager, Ms. Oppermann, who always supports me with great expertise, time, and friendliness, whether with everyday banking matters or important financial decisions. I always feel very well looked after here and can highly recommend Commerzbank.

On January 12, 2026, at approximately 4:35 a.m., I wanted to deposit money in the self-service area. I couldn't get into the self-service area. My EC and VISA cards were not accepted at the terminal door. Unfortunately, my early morning get-up was for nothing.

The staff are very friendly and always helpful! Setting up my student account was very quick and easy. Special thanks to Ms. Kaupert for her support :)
