I was visiting a family member in Al Fujairah and it happened that he needed to visit the Commercial Bank of Dubai branch and asked me to join him and I did. I was impressed when we arrived. I start with the parking which was great as it is usually very difficult to find a parking space when visiting any banks then I move to the enternace of the bank which was very well organised and clean. All staff seemed very friendly and welcoming. Next we went to the branch manager's 'Ms. Rasheen Al Basiri' office who very pleasantly welcomed us and asked us to join their celebration of the flag day. I was honered to attend the UAE's flag day celebration at the branch. It was very well organised. It really reflects a great management of the branch.

One of the worst banks you can ever deal with, always late in transactions and no benefits at all

It doesn't even deserve this star: very very primitive bank, horrible customer services, and extremely uncomfortable reception. When you go the this bank you feel that you are going to take their money not urs. They treat customers in a very rude way. They reject transactions on your behalf if you don't answer the phone! Supposedly because it is a safety measure while they lack the simplest forms of security. Bottom line, not advisable from my experience.

I just sent 100 sr balance for my tuition yesterday bank to bank transaction and it cost me 110sr, 10 sr for remittance fee. Then the school told me they just receive 17.42aed!!!! How come?? You took 70% for what? Fees also??
