Review not about specific branch but about bank in general .Just one more terrible bank, but they are unique at taking commissions even from debit card. I did international swift money transfer, they took 126 aed for my 200$ amount, it could be fine if my family received that transfer.... after a week 200$ was reversed to my account back but i did not received that commission of 126 aed for service they suppose to provide . When i called them they said they can not return commission because it was rejected from receiver bank . interruption in any process between banks can not be on clients money, listed bank needs to be fined for causing bad client experience and commissions. It is my debit card, hard earned money , i lost more money to send it again. Please stop stealing hard earned money.

30 minutes waiting time with half-empty desks. They will not open your account if you work in Real Estate. I’m 11 years in Dubai and have never seen such approach to customers.

Very poor customer service. Made a US$5,000 wire 4 months ago. Money has disappeared. Apparently with correspondent bank (JP Morgan). Nobody is taking action to solve the problem. When I expressed my frustration and annoyment to my relationship manager (Mrs. D.), she decided to end the relationship and transfer me to another colleague. I am a bit stuck with them until they return me the money. Fingers crossed.

A bank representative named Hasan was not helpful at all. Very unprofessional approach to customer. The other guy in counter 2 was very rude and acting very smart. Very bad customer service!!!

Thr banker ADCB sent, I think he was from this branch as its where my accounts and things are registered. So, I simply have to share my experience. The gentleman/banker that helped me is Shahnawaz and he is AWESOME!!!! This guy gets things done like you won't believe!!! And very very responsive! Out of this world! Its like the type of service I get from Private banking in South Africa. And the offers from ADCB are superb! Interest free cash against my credit card, my cheque account has no fees and its like they know me for like 20 years. What an amazing bank! And amazing people! They really take great care of me as a client, and this is how loyalty is formed with me. ADCB will remain my preferred, and only bank, in the UAE. Truly amazing every step of the way. Remarkable. Phenomenal!
