Very copreative staffs especially Mr.Bazer and Mahmoud. disability friendly branch and now they added new machine that accepts coins aswell.

Waste of time they know how to pick pocket from a bank account also worst customer care team when ever we need to contact them we need to stay 1 hour que and after they received phone they don’t know anything and tell us one guy will call you and again wait for one month to receive that call. In my case i follow up the bank 4 times call and mail, no reply total waste of time & money. Still they are in old-school app also nobody cant know how to use that app. ?

Please fix your business online app. I cannot send transfer confirmation pdf as i cant download it through the app, when i click on the transfer made amount that i transferred does not show up only aed. So how i can prove to other businesses that i transferred them the exact amount that was due? This only works on pc but on app does not.

Waste of time. Please consider training your people to try to help, even if a client may not be able to articulate well what he/she wants. Hearing just "no" and being short is not a good customer service experience. The whole thing looks even worse when the bank aspires to be an Islamic one - Dubai Mall Branch. I had to go to the conventional one (NBD), it is a bit a better like well-mannered female guards and the help desk (Business Bay branch), the banker could be better trained to handle questions though.

Am here to express my sincere gratitude for the support Mr MUHAMMAD EJAZ of Dubai mall gave me. He was so professional, accommodating and friendly. Even though i had numerous questions, he was very patient with me and answered me very clearly. Not only that I had difficulties with my account and mobile banking but he made sure that all was solved before I left the premises.
