The guy at the desk provided me with wrong information. Told me any bank in UAE will take more than 5 days to open account and told me to call customer care for more info. His tone from starting to end was very rude. I ended up opening an account with another bank in 2 days.

Terrible bank in UAE I’ve ever met，they collaborate with Amex rental car service. A month ago, I returned the car and they told me will refund deposits to bank account . They said already refund through Mashreq bank and haven’t sent me the transaction payment successful screenshot yet just send me the transaction summary?? I asked them to prove me with transaction successful screenshot many times but haven’t received yet. I don’t know which side is wrong but I’m sick of it. Till now I haven’t received any refund yet since been 1 month ago. Mashreq bank didn’t take any responsibility for that too . As the refund amount is not big I can ignore that but their services both Amex & Mashreq bank images go down in my mind at least . Just share my bad experience only .

Hello Good day ! I have concern to your atm , last thursday -Feb 3, 2022 around 10 pm I am about to withdraw money , but unfortunately the money did not came out even the receipt nothing! And its already deduct to my account . I hope you will take action for this as soon as possible. Im waiting for your response ! PLEASE BELOW PHOTO IS THE ATM MACHINE IN DUBAI MALL ! Please do action !

Just was there for open a bank account but the guy who working there don’t give any information about bank work, also I waiting 20 minutes and he was with headphones listen music or wherever. Really disappointed I won’t open with them, service is bad.

Update: I went to the Emirates Mall and Vinod was really professional and open my account and did everything for my credit card. Thank you to him. I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars ----------------------------------------------------------------- Hello, The hours on the Google page it’s from 7:30 I came before work and nobody it’s here. There is a paper that says the name of the person that must be here from 8:00 so I wait. 8:30 nobody is here ! It’s not possible for a famous bank like Mashreq to operate like that specially at the Dubai Mall.
