I went to dib bank in several malls like hills mall,mall off the emirates,mirdif city center to open my account. It was of no use. Their customer service is very bad. They don't tell us what we ask. They give us an email and send us home to email. But because of mr.muhammad jaafar and Mr.mohamed jaouani at dubai mall dib branch, I was able to open my account easily. Two very humble and polite gentlemen. Very fast My job was done very quickly and without any problems. Again thank you so much Mr.muhammad jaafar & Mr.mohamed jaouani🙏♥️
