Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to you as a long-standing and loyal client of your bank. Today, I visited one of your branches to deposit funds into my account, but unfortunately, I encountered a very unpleasant situation. The cashier who was supposed to assist me went on a break just as I arrived, and I was left sitting there without knowing how long I would have to wait. There were no other clients at the time — I was the only one in the branch. I find this kind of treatment towards clients unacceptable. Being left to wait without any explanation or attention is a sign of disrespect, which leads to disappointment and raises concerns about the quality of service at your bank.
