I have worked At Axis Bank as a Senior Customer Executive And sales, first Customer service , whatever quarries customers have for an Example: Customer has visited ATM to withdraw the So.. and so...120 Amount that Amount will get debit from customer account. Their Customer will worry about his or her Amount, where the Customers will call to support asking for Dispute Amount where as I am the agent to say customer, sorry for the inconveniences no need to worry Sir I am here to help you and then taking information of customer Account, for an Example, like RMN Number and Account number How much Amount of transactions you have done which date and conforming customer name , if the Dispute Amount was Created by same time then there is no need of Taking complain if not credited the I need to lodge a complain after that we provide complain number to the customer to wait 4 or 7 working days as per Banking turms, And we ask over Customer to if you have 1 or 2 minutes for selling Banking products , like Debit card or credit card and loans, insurance etc . Then closing line if you are satisfied with this service please give me a 4 and 5 reading ?. If customer Happy He will Appreciate ? yes of course, Then Have a nice Day ?

The customer service isn't very good, the staff are kinda rude when you ask them something, i prefer opening an account at the other banks in dubai like Emirates nbd, Emirates islamic, etc.... Dubai islamic bank is always bad at their services as far i realized.

Arrogant Staffs, Taking more than 1 hr for some customers. They dont feel the pain of customers like me taking 2hr off from office to get things done from this branch. They are not at all botherd about normal customers.Guys pleaase dont go here, instead visit trade centre Branch, they are much more coperative.

staff are talk rudely no respect i went there they treated such as prisoner ..disrespect staff

Extremely disappointing service at the image of this bank. No follow-up to inquiries. No schedule respect. Timings really are useless they are suppose to close at 2pm. If you arrive at 1.30 their system is off. The security is the only competent individual there. The ladies are extremely rude they don’t welcome you properly and refuse to do their work.
