Had a chance to visit DIB Ibn batuta for some work this week and what a pleasant surprise it was. Will be very candid as before this visit I never enjoyed going to DIB in the old branxh in China court but this was a complete turn aeound of perception. The Customer Support given by one Mr Sharief was excellent and even therr was a staff who was doing the rounds in between to check with everyone about thier issies. Very well.managed and good job DIB in getting these kind of staff

Good afternoon, I would like to take this opportunity to commend Ms. Maribel and Ms. Jennifer from the Battuta Branch for their excellent assistance in helping us resolve our issue while opening our accounts online. We initially sought help from the MOE Branch, and while they tried to assist us for almost an hour, we were eventually advised to scan our documents and try the process again from our side. However, when we approached the Battuta Branch, Ms. Maribel and Ms. Jennifer immediately took action and showed genuine care for their clients. They assisted us throughout the process and continued to keep us updated on the status of our account even after we left, until it was successfully activated. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to helping their clients are truly commendable. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service.

I visited the branch three times within a two-week period, and on every occasion, manager’s cheques were not available. Each time, the security personnel directed customers to visit Dubai Mall or Al Barsha Mall branches instead. If customers are consistently being redirected to other branches, I fail to understand the purpose of keeping this branch operational. Furthermore, the behavior of the security personnel at the entrance is highly unprofessional and inappropriate; he acts as though he owns the bank rather than serving customers respectfully. Adding to the frustration, the call center advises customers to visit the branch, while the branch itself appears unwilling or unable to serve customers. This contradiction results in unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. Additionally, the service provided by the branch staff is extremely slow. Responses are delayed, and staff take excessive time to attend to customers, showing a clear lack of urgency and customer focus. I trust thi

I would like to sincerely appreciate Ms. Habeeba Fatima from the IBN Batuta branch for her outstanding service and professionalism. She was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Her clear communication and willingness to go the extra mile truly reflect excellent customer service standards. It is always reassuring to interact with staff members like her who genuinely care about customers. However, my experience with the online back-end team was unfortunately very disappointing. The support I received lacked clarity, responsiveness, and efficiency, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I hope the management looks into improving the coordination and service quality of the online support team to match the high standards demonstrated by branch staff like Ms. Habeeba Fatima.

Used this brunch 4 times already and I can tell you. My experience was bad every time I am coming here. Often out of 6 counters only 2 is working, everyone is super slow. No one simple want to help you. I am sitting here 2 h. One hour waiting, and one hour trying to solve issues here because none of their printers are working. Last time their system didn’t work. Every time I am coming and there is something wrong. What a big difference with other banks, few min you are in and and out. Here prepared to stay for hours…
