Very poor service and unbelievable level of applications support and disaster follow up. Almost 2 months and still the bank staff can’t figure out the right process to issue the car loan cheque!! Will soon close all my transactions with the bank and will never come back.

Amazing bank and fast service I recommend people to visit it it’s near the food court and customer service is amazing and the service ambassadors the two ladies are more than perfect the greeted us professionally and they welcomed us with a smile ??best branch ever

Pathetic customer service and very disrespectful, not even a smile from any of their staff, the representative (Egyptian lady) told me while opening a new account and because the tablet was not changed, to go and have a walk in the mall until she charges the tablet!!! when I came back she couldn’t open my account for some reason, then she told me to check back with them after 4 days, she did not even offer a call back or follow up after wasting 2 hours and with no sympathy at all. She is like telling me straight on my face get lost! They need to train and teach their staff basics of customer service. Pathetic and i am glad my account was never opened!

Extremely poor service! Token numbers are never working. Staff routinely allows friends and acquaintances jump the queue shamelessly. The most disgusting banking experience. They should remove the word “Islamic” banking from their name. I’ve been sitting here for nearly 2 hours and seeing strange people come and go without any token numbers. I wish I could take the one star away as well. Simply disgusted!!!!

I visited the branch several times in last 6 months . I always wait for Mr. Shiv customer service officer .He is very helpful, very professional and excellent service .
