My first visit to open my first account. Today is Saturday and only one attendant is there. They are not time sensitive. I had a follow on visit on Monday and the bank opened an account for me immediately. Good and proactive service. The area as such is a bit inconvenient since it's a secluded place with only a bunch of bank branches. Need to have own car. Otherwise rely on taxi, which is difficult unless we book one through Apps.
I just came for cheque in cash. The token machine is not user friendly and very leas people in the bank to assist. Even Customer Service frond desk is not there for guidance. It was ok ??
This atm in south accomodation commercial jebela Ali runs very slow from last 4 months no one checks what type of service is this
