I was visiting a family member in Al Fujairah and it happened that he needed to visit the Commercial Bank of Dubai branch and asked me to join him and I did. I was impressed when we arrived. I start with the parking which was great as it is usually very difficult to find a parking space when visiting any banks then I move to the enternace of the bank which was very well organised and clean. All staff seemed very friendly and welcoming. Next we went to the branch manager's 'Ms. Rasheen Al Basiri' office who very pleasantly welcomed us and asked us to join their celebration of the flag day. I was honered to attend the UAE's flag day celebration at the branch. It was very well organised. It really reflects a great management of the branch.
Useless service. Total waste of time. Staff don't want to help, providing false information just to skip work, and transfer you to address your concern to there APP. Useless
They don’t have Toilet for Customers use, and they don’t allow them to use the staff’s Toilet also …
