From the moment I approached the counter, she was very polite, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. She listened carefully to my concerns, explained the procedures clearly, and handled my request efficiently without unnecessary delays. What stood out most was her patience and professionalism. She ensured I fully understood the information given and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. Her positive attitude and willingness to help created a comfortable and reassuring banking experience.
