The branch staff Amna Al Yammahi was very helpful and way far supportive, she was beyond expectation. Thanks to the branch manager Aisha Sultan for reaching customers out listening to their problems and looking forwards for any support she is a super great personality. The best branch.
Thanks to the amazing customer service, branch manager very smart and nice with dealing, thanks to Amna Al Yammahi very cooperative, and the sales person Mr. Omar for providing us the best solutions. Mr. Muslim Hussein for closing all my cash matters on time on spot with great communication on my concern every time I reach the branch, such a great person. Feels like a home the way they treat us, all of them are well mannered and serving with greeting gestures, this bank is the best. Such great team members in your campus in Fujairah, they are professional. I rate them 10 stars level if i could do not 5 only.
Emirates NBD customer service is excellent and they are very polite and very friendly move about our needs . Especially the Branch Manager Ms Aishah Al Kaabib she is amazing also she made our life so easy for the banking process .
When I went there to ask about the refund for the international transaction failure in Liv Emirates NBD account the branch manager couldn't do anything and didn't even try helping even after Liv is a branch of Emities NBD. To be honest I felt like the branch manager doesn't know anything or he just doesn't wanna help. That's just rude since Liv Customer care is not even responding to my messages and emails for the refund they promised. I might close my account since the staffs and AI customer care wasn't even care about customers money.
Cash incharge is very understanding as my cheques get stucked in machine due ti technical error. He listen to my concern and understand my situation and immediately sort out the issue.
