Its a part of ADCB bank and so.its a better option for the multiple withdrawels other than ADCB Atm mechines.

The staff in this branch are kind and helpful, especially Mr. Abdullah Al Hammadi. They are far better trained and more service-oriented than other Al Hilal branches.

I went to bani yas branch, they were helpful and organized. I didnt wait a lot and it was an easy process. There was a lady at costumer service, named Mahra, she was very helpful and kind. She even taught me the steps to how I register and helped me to open an account. She was very patient with me. This is my first time i open a bank account and am happy with my experience.

As usual another branch is closed without informing us not till I visited the branch and saw the closure attached to the door.

Passed by on 10am and they’re closed ??‍♂️

i have been years with this bank and this is the worst branch ever. no respect for queues and just one costumer service employee working. go to corniche and youll save your time

Worst bank and branch it takes 2 days to change the phone number on the account and there is only one way to activate the bank card. While other banks make it easier for the customers to use their bank cards this bank is making it even harder to get one
