The staff in this branch are kind and helpful, especially Mr. Abdullah Al Hammadi. They are far better trained and more service-oriented than other Al Hilal branches.
Good services
Not good customer service. Not recommended at all. Went with a friend but their attitude was at the sky
Can’t say much. They just need to be more organized.
I wanted to open a bank account, because it is compatible with garmin pay, however after waiting for 20-30 minutes in order to meet with one of the customer service personnel, an issue happened where he told me it will take few days for your bank account to be opened and when it does they will call me so that I come back and continue the process , however I have been waiting for a week now and still received no call. Maybe I will receive one in the following days, but this delay is simply unjustified.
