I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I was welcomed politely, waited a short time, and was given clear and accurate information regarding my query. As a non-Arabic speaker I appreciated the excellent level of English of the staff.
Bank was closed when i reached there while their timing shows open till 8 pm Sorry to say we still have managers they don’t know how to run business
Worst customer dealing ever experienced! I visited to their branch to update my employer details on 14-Mar-2022 served by Mohamed Adil. After taking all my relevant documents he assured me this update would be done within 3-4 working days but as of today (25-Mar-2022) it has not been done. No follow ups or updates had been initiated by them neither by his manager nor by him. Chasing them through customer center by lodging a complaint but still no luck :(
Bank Branch is located in a Villa on Main Road, Usually less crowded. So Very preferable branch to visit. There is limited parking in front of Bank, but in nearby streets, there is plenty of parking.
Worst bank service and worst call centre service. Please don't think of opening account in this bank
