Worst customer service experience ever! You know it’s bad branch when the manager is the one with attitude. The only part that is good is the cashier otherwise go for Delma Branch for your own sake. I hope they improve of themselves soon.
I went to bani yas branch, they were helpful and organized. I didnt wait a lot and it was an easy process. There was a lady at costumer service, named Mahra, she was very helpful and kind. She even taught me the steps to how I register and helped me to open an account. She was very patient with me. This is my first time i open a bank account and am happy with my experience.
The worst branch I have visited. Staff need to be trained or rotated to other branches, like Khalifa city branch.
Slow tellers service and complicated rules of banking. The only advantage of this branch is the working hours.
The worst customer service at this brunch I’ve ever seen ??
